During onboarding, you share personal information including your goals, current reality, past challenges, time commitments, and mindset. This data is used exclusively to generate your personalised Spark Protocol and power your AI Coach.

As you use the platform, we record your habit completions, task progress, focus timer sessions, journal entries, AI Coach conversations, and course progress. This data is used solely to improve your experience and generate personalised insights.

We collect standard technical data (browser type, device, IP address) for security and performance purposes only.

To generate and refine your personalised Spark Protocol, daily schedule, and habit stack.

To power your AI Coach — giving it context about your goals, progress, and challenges so it can provide relevant, actionable guidance.

To track your progression, streaks, XP, and milestones within the platform.

To send you streak-protection reminders and performance summaries (which you can opt out of at any time).

We do not use your personal data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering your Spark Today experience.

All conversations with your AI Coach are private and stored securely. They are used only to improve the quality of coaching you receive within your own account.

Your AI Coach conversations are never shared with other users, third parties, or used for training external AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

You may delete your conversation history at any time from your account settings.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., our secure database provider, email delivery service). All third-party providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

If you choose to share your progress publicly (e.g., in a future community feature), only the information you explicitly choose to share will be visible to others. All other data remains private.

We may disclose data if required by law, but we will notify you whenever legally permitted to do so.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Access to your personal data within our team is strictly limited to those who need it to operate and improve the platform.

We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices to protect your information.

Access: You can request a full export of all data we hold about you at any time.

Correction: You can update or correct your personal information from your account settings.

Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process this within 30 days.

Opt-out: You can opt out of non-essential communications (reminders, summaries) at any time from your notification settings.

Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

You can clear your session cookie at any time by logging out.

Spark Today is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy statement via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Spark Today after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
